Union Theological Seminary and Presbyterian School of Christian Education is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (1866 Southern Lane, Decatur, GA 30033-4097; Telephone: 404-679-4501) to award M.A.C.E., M.A.T.S., M.Div., Th.M. Ph.D., Ed.D., and D.Min. degrees. The school is also accredited by the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada. The accreditation status of the institution is published in Bulletin 42, Part 4, Membership List, of The Association of Theological Schools.
Union-PSCE, Richmond, is fully accredited by the University Senate of the United Methodist Church for the instruction of United Methodist students who seek to be pastors.
