Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College Abraham Baldwin is one of the largest residential, coeducational two-year colleges in Georgia. Over 3,400 students from 16 states, 17 countries, and 149 Georgia counties take classes every day on a beautiful 421-acre campus nestled in the heart of south Georgia.

The Division of Agriculture and Forest Resources is the largest division on campus, and nursing is ABAC's largest single program major.

The college offers 40 college transfer programs in which students move on to four-year colleges and universities after their ABAC careers are complete. Students can also choose from 15 two-year career technological degrees which propel them into the job market when their ABAC days are behind them. Another option is the certificate program, where ABAC offers 19 selections, each of which can be completed in one year.

Students live on campus in the sparkling new ABAC Place apartments, the largest housing project of its kind at a two-year college in America. Most units are four-bedroom, two-bath with a completely furnished kitchen and living area.

Every student who lives at ABAC Place has a private room with a double bed, ceiling fan, chest of drawers, closet, extra storage space underneath the bed, desk, and chair. Each room has high speed internet and cable television connections. All utilities are a part of the rent, which averages $370 per month.

Abraham Baldwin students can participate in intercollegiate athletics in men’s basketball, men’s baseball, men’s tennis, women’s fast pitch softball, women’s basketball, and women’s tennis. Golf joined the lineup in 2005, and women’s soccer comes aboard in 2006.
